Please just take a moment to look over the categories in the Organizational Matrix handout. We will have a couple agencies present over the next few meetings and eventually have a document that is reflective of all the current partner agencies and organizations.

Ideas for Committees: Brainstorm some ideas for smaller work-committees you would be interested in being involved with or would like to see the Partnership support.

Structure: Review some structural options for organizing the Partnership.
Operating Agreement: Review some material on essencial and important aspects of working in a sustainable, collaborative group.
Website: Provide feedback to Roland and Meralee on the options for a community webpage.
