Welcome to the Montrose Health Partnership Resource Page.  This page is designed to facilitate communication and work for Partnership members between meetings.  It also allows members to get more information such as links to resources that were mentioned in the meetings, more information about current and previous efforts in the county, and supporting materials.

Please let me know if you encounter any problems or if there are additional options you would like to see added that would be helpful to the work of the Partnership.

Introduction - Montrose Health Partnership Meeting Information Website

Due to the number of people involved and the variety of possible interests and projects, we thought it may be useful to have a webpage where group members can access the materials and other information whenever it is convenient for you.

The only thing you will need to access the materials is a connection to the internet, a browser, and the ability to view PDFs (there is a link on the webpage to downloading a free PDF reader if you don't already have one).

We also want to call your attention to the “Assignments” section of the webpage. Here you will be able to view material and related questions for work that is to be completed between meetings. We are hoping that this will make it easier for you to remember and complete any between meeting work but please remember to check the section!

The webpage will still be changing a bit as we complete the initial work. After that, we will let you know at meetings and in a post-meeting email what is new and / or what you should stop by to see or do.

Please provide us with feedback as well so we know if this is a useful method of information dissemination and how it can be improved!
